We’re hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team at Amarillo Center for Skilled Care!

Work alongside a dedicated group focused on person-centered care and positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
• Implement and adjust care plans as directed
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality service

Qualifications:
• Active Texas PTA license (in good standing)
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred
• Familiarity with Net Health a plus
• Strong communication and patient care skills
