The APC team is working very hard to address the few setbacks of establishing a new check-in system. Be advised that your participation helps our process and is expected. We can monitor and verify check-in and reminder statuses with this new system and want to ask everyone to complete your part of the check-in including updated photo of your child, insurance card information, phone number, address and appointment specific information gathered by GiGi our Digital Health Assistant. The new Check-In System at APC is helping the workflow to ensure your child can be see timely at all of your scheduled appointments! ALL areas of the check-in prompts, including answering questions from GiGi the Digital Health Assistant, are important to this practice. EASY PEASY steps can be expected when you use our new check-in system!

1. A preregistration link will be sent to scheduled patients up to 2 days before your pre-scheduled appointment. ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED. Any documents skipped or not fully completed may result in rescheduling of your appointment.

2. A Check-in link will be sent 30 minutes before your appointment.

3. You may meet GiGi our Digital Health Assistant who will make sure we understand why you are being seen for your appointment.

4. If you have a balance, you will take care of that payment with the front office team.

5. As always, our late appointment arrival policy applies. Please be on time to your scheduled appointment.
