Welcome!! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering in-person counseling in Amarillo, Texas, and virtual services statewide. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring my practice to help each person at their unique stage of life. In addition to my expertise in therapy, I have a strong background in neurofeedback and biofeedback, providing clients with innovative tools to help regulate their emotional and mental health needs. My passion and purpose is to be a steady and supportive stepping stone as people navigate and move through life stressors.

I offer a unique blend of modalities including neurofeedback, biofeedback, trauma-focused exploration, and play/art based therapeutic techniques. Specializing in supporting and empowering individuals as they navigate and process past trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other life challenges.
