🍕 Every Child Deserves to Be Fed

If SNAP benefits are still not funded by November 1st, then Big Jim’s Pizza will be offering a free slice of pizza to kids (15 & under) — because every child deserves to be fed, and community means looking out for one another. 💛

🍽️ How It Works:
• Offer valid for pick-up only.
• The parent or guardian must show both a SNAP card and a driver’s license or photo ID.
• Children must be present to receive their slice.
• Each child (15 & under) will receive one free slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza per day.
• We’ll do our best to keep slices warm and ready so families can grab them quickly and easily.

If a parent or guardian would like to place an order, we’ll take 10% off your meal too — because sometimes we all need a little help.

If you’d like to sponsor a pizza to help us feed local kids, you can message us, stop by, or call us after November 1st.
That way, if SNAP benefits are funded before then, we won’t accept donations unnecessarily.
Every donated pizza goes directly toward feeding families in need.

Purple is the color of courage, hope, and healing. On Thursday, October 16th, we invite individuals, businesses, and schools to join Family Support Services for Wear Purple Day to raise awareness about domestic violence.

💜 How to join in:
• Wear purple at work, school, or home on OCT 16th.
• Take a group or selfie photo.
• Email your photos to mbalderas@fss-ama.org
with your name, business or school.
• Encourage others to do the same and tag your friends.

When we wear purple, we take a stand against silence. We show survivors that their community supports them and that love should never hurt.

Helping First-Time Parents Succeed!

Nurse-Family Partnership is free to eligible women who are pregnant with their first baby. When you enroll you will be connected to a registered nurse who will provide the support, advice and information you need to have a healthy pregnancy, a healthy baby, and be a great mom.
