Vague for patient privacy
Yesterday was an amazing day. I had the privilege of experimenting with a client on EFT - Tapping. I took an intro course and was explaining it to a client and tried to send her to my mentor who taught me. The client wanted me to do it and I wanted the experience, so I got training and she got a free session.
EFT - tapping helps to disconnect the emotional - physical pathways of trauma and pain that the body holds onto by exploring the deep-rooted reasons on why we hold onto it, the reasons why letting go is hard/scary/painful and the ultimate goal is the disconnect of the pain, humanizing the person(s) who hurt you and no longer being triggered emotionally, physically and mentally, possibly spiritually. This client has had a lot of trauma and pain and she wanted me to perform it. The emotions she was holding onto , harbouring and presenting physically were at an 8/9 level, got it down to a 3 and then did the gamut procedure/ peace de la resistance helped it be so disconnected that client had a hard time even connecting with it or holding on to it in minds eye.

A reminder to all those who hold onto unforgiveness - it's not about them, it's about you. You deserve to be emotionally free without being tormented by the past and letting them live rent free in your mind, body and spirit. Hurt people hurt people, as unfair as it is and how much these things shouldn't happen.

Yesterday was also amazing because I had a client come in who has had a lot of massage and is very much in tune with her body. She didn't realize how much tension she held in the front of the body and how it was affecting the back of the body. After the massage she said she had to reevaluate her whole body because she felt so different. 💕 I love what I do!

I'm looking for a body or two for photographs. I have a client who does photography and she focuses on brand.

Monday Oct 6 11-1230. I need one person for 30+ min and I need preferably one pregnant client that is in the 2 or 3 trimester for pregnancy photos on the pregnancy pillow for 20-30 min.

All pics can be used for social media and promotions, so you will have to sign a waiver that your face and body can be posted.

If I get multiple ppl interested, I will put names in a bucket to be fair.
