Why the apple? Because sometimes the universe lines things up just right.

This morning I noticed Barb had one 90-minute opening tomorrow and thought to myself, “I hope that gets booked.”

A little later, the phone rang. A client asked, “By chance, do you have any massage appointments tomorrow?” The only spot left? That exact 90 minutes with Barb. She booked it on the spot.

Then she laughed and told me, “You know what’s funny? This morning I picked the perfect apple, looked at it, and thought—today is going to be a good day.”

She was right. Sometimes all it takes is the perfect apple and perfect timing. I hope she sees this because, I know she’ll appreciate it! I told her she inspired me 🍎…and I happens to pack an apple for lunch today!

Not every day is sunshine, and not every review is five stars.

Owning a spa (small biz) is one of the most rewarding things in my life, but let’s be real…it also takes thick skin. When you pour your heart into building something, feedback (good or bad) hits differently. I try to take it all with a grain of salt: celebrating the positive, learning from the negative. Some days it rolls right off, other days it stings, like a lot. That’s the reality of being human.

Your perspective matters to all of us. Every review helps us grow, because our mission at Pure Spa is always excellence. So, do us a solid…if you’ve visited, share your experience.
