Yoga in the Treetops at returns tomorrow, April 30. The area’s most beloved and unique outdoor yoga class with Camaraderie founder, . Plus, the best savasana, hands down!

Join us for this one-of-a-kind yoga experience on the Out on a Limb exhibit at Morris, suspended 50 feet above ground and surrounded by a canopy of trees, colors, sights and sounds.

*All tickets include entrance to the gardens - plan to come early + explore the grounds!

This unique practice will be tailored to all skill levels and focuses on poses that promote rootedness, connection, and mindfulness. Human beings are deeply connected to trees and have much to learn from them. Class will end with an extended guided relaxation inspired by one of the greatest teachings of trees: There is beauty that comes from letting go.

Last call for our Women’s Spring Retreat with Meghan Dwyer!

In times that feel heavy, uncertain, and overstimulating, beauty becomes more than something we admire: it becomes an antidote and a way back to ourselves.

This all-levels class is open to the public and perfect for professionals looking to prioritize wellness, enjoy some fresh air, and connect with others in the Ambler community. Whether you work nearby, cowork at iThrive, practice with Camaraderie, or are simply looking for a mindful midday break—this is your invitation to move, breathe, and ground yourself on this day dedicated to the Earth. 📣 New Class: Mudra + Mantra with Candace Stevens

A focused + deliberate meditation practice to steady your mind and reconnect to yourself.

In this 30-minute session, we’ll explore simple hand gestures (mudras) as well as mantra (repeated sounds or phrases) to guide attention inward. Together, these practices help regulate the nervous system, sharpen concentration, and create a sense of calm, clarity + connection

Expect a slow, intentional pace with space to breathe, feel, and notice. No experience with meditation or chanting is needed, just a curiosity and willingness to be present.

Come as you are. Leave a little more grounded. Dress comfortably - there is no formal yoga asana practice.

🕉️ 3rd Wednesday of each month. $15 community drop-in. Livestream or in-person.

Spring arrives in a big way this month at Camaraderie!We’re stepping into April with fresh energy, renewed commitment, and two of our favorite things:

🌼 Our April Practice Challenge — a chance to build consistency, reconnect with your practice, and feel stronger (mentally + physically) by the end of the month.

🌞 Outdoor Yoga is BACK — sunshine, fresh air, and movement together in the open. There’s nothing like it.

Plus, we have some new offerings + our first community hike. Whether you’re joining us inside, outside, or both… this is the season to show up!
