We have a new microgreens for you! Available this Saturday at Bloomfield and Sewickley Farmers Markets. Lupine microgreens are a good source of protein, fiber, and antioxidants, and also contain vitamins A and B, and minerals like potassium and iron. They taste like a cross between pea shoots and sunflower shoots.
