Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by light touch and it allows the ki or "life force energy" to flow more freely throughout the body. Reiki aids in activating the natural healing processes of the body and also helps restores physical and emotional well-being. A one hour session will consists of the person receiving Reiki to lie on a massage table while receiving Reiki through light touch or hovering of the hands by Reiki practitioner. Everyone experiences Reiki in different ways, your experience will be unique to YOU.
