Recently I went to Jimmy John’s to buy a Tuna Fish Sandwich. It took him a long time to add all the Ingridients to do his creation. I even buy Coockies. It was a family business and reminded me of my family business years ago. At the cash register he told me that he enjoyed the few minutes of talk we had and fedused to accept payment.

Local high school teacher came to my business office with one of her student. She asked me if I would intern her high potential student for a semester and provide my report when she was done. I was very impressed with her work and so stated in my report. After this student graduated from high school, she did not go to college. She would have been the first in her family to go to college. Instead, she got married to her boyfriend and perpetuated the cycle of a pool of cheap labor.
