I began writing an outline for the Heal REAL intro video, but instead this post was created. So, rather than opening with a video, this channel will begin with a written intention. I'm excited to use my passion for writing in service to establishing peace through sharing truth, rather than provoking controversy. An introduction video will follow in the near future.
The primary intention of Heal REAL is to explore consciousness, hosting a conversation discussing the world of metaphysics; referencing literature, media, practitioners, and testimonials which exemplify the nature of intuitive development.
Regarding practitioners, which through practice everyone in so doing becomes, there exists an immense network of skilled channels available for assisting with your innate capacity to interface with the divine consciousness, in service of your present highest Tao. Heal REAL may serve as an introduction to this material, while professionals may serve to guide you in a more personal way along your journey.
Dictionary.com defines Tao: "(in Chinese philosophy) the absolute principle underlying the universe, combining within itself the principles of yin and yang and signifying the way, or code of behavior, that is in harmony with the natural order."
Exploring metaphysics can create an experience which feels very untethered to reality. The intention of Heal REAL is to consider the principles of metaphysics, while always directly tying them to practical, down-to-Earth, applications.
Many aspects of spirituality, religious dogma, and even the concept of God, can be considered abstract concepts. Heal REAL will focus on consciousness, which we all share. As consciousness is itself nonphysical, we will diligently offer observable, direct correlations with verifiable results, while exploring and practicing intuitive development.
In sincere respect to your time and attention, the valuable elements which comprise your very existence, Heal REAL will seek to offer meaningful perspectives which effectively serve to facilitate paradigm shifts. As your capacity to perceive reality improves, so can your sense of lasting contentment.
In utilizing time, attention, and will, the most precious and limited resources for perhaps all physical incarnations, we exercise our daily life / work / dharma in service to whomever these faculties are applied. We are always, in every decision, either serving our own highest Tao, the highest Tao of entities with whom we most closely identify, or highest Tao which serves the greatest good for all.
The quality of integrity with which we exercise the application of our time, attention, and will, reflects significantly upon the quality of service imparted, as well as perhaps favorably impacting future incarnations of the manifested forms we create individually and collectively, every moment of every single day.
My daily flow is not always particularly impressive, I suffer lapses in quality assurance standards from time to time, as I imagine everyone else does. I manage anger, sadness, frustration, confusion, shame, guilt, fear, and the entire gamut of debilitating emotions. In creating Heal REAL, I fully expect that those who choose to participate will, in turn, support me in my journey, as well.
I recognize and respect that any individual with any past alignments, in any present moment may choose to shift their integrity, acting in improved alignment with highest Tao. We can learn to manage our lives from positions of healthy power; perhaps not in every moment of every day, but certainly with improving consistency. This is our daily intention.
Practicing Lifestyle Adjustments (PLA, pronounced 'play') is an acronym I use for exercising my energy everyday. PLA-yin & PLA-yang are terms I use to assess the quality of any unique practice created in any uniquely present moment. When the quality of our PLA in every moment positively correlates with the exercise of our highest Tao, we can experience deep contentment, which is everyone's most favorable state of being, in terms of wellness.
The intention of Heal REAL is to create content which may serve to elicit interest in metaphysical wellness, and in so doing, may also serve to support those who may be capable of assisting others with navigating individual areas of personal wellness.
Metaphysics is simply defined as the science of self, which has been a legitimate, scientifically explored field of study worldwide for nearly 150 years. In creating content of this nature, I believe Heal REAL can serve most people by exploring the language of modern metaphysics.
Defining the terms we now use to describe the true nature of consciousness, and exploring how we experience our shared reality, may serve to establish a framework by which we can perceive and discuss the activities of our minds; ultimately supporting each other in our soul's pursuit to experience a life expressed in ever greater service to highest Tao.
As we more cogently understand and integrate with our innate cognitive capacity, the paradigms we hold can begin to shift toward a tendency for increasingly reliable accuracy. I believe the capacity to intuitively interface with our environment is the unalienable birthright of every sovereign entity across the entire universe. Each of us is profoundly psychic, and indeed may learn to quiet our minds and communicate with spirit; including divine consciousness (Source / God).
To help others navigate this innate capacity of consciousness, I've created an intuitive development course called Healing Blaze. Consciousness holds the capacity to overcome and heal from the trauma we endure every day. As this capacity is our birthright, I intend to offer this course completely free of charge.
Healing Blaze is designed to lead you through the process of discovering your elementary spark, nurturing your sacred flame, stoking your central fire, then maintaining your celestial blaze. After moving through these courses, one becomes prepared to share these principles and skill sets with others as a Healing Blaze practitioner.
I believe every expression of life form, including all physical and nonphysical forms, is a unique contribution to the world. I believe each individual is worthy of deep respect, simply for possessing a unique combination of purpose and potential.
Every human, and I believe to some extent every thing, has a fundamental core consciousness with which anyone can learn to interface and more directly engage. I also believe a conscious interface exists within physical space itself, as well as within the dimension of time.
I believe, from 3 decades of applied experience and studying a diverse range of world spiritual traditions, as well as referencing many more decades of government funded research from the United States and around the world, that every human being's consciousness has the capacity to achieve access to 85%+ accurate intuitively-ascertained information through practicing many types of verifiably effective meditation protocols.
To clarify, my experience has led me to believe, through navigating many hundreds of verifiably accurate studies and many hundreds of personal experiences, that humans innately possess a unique consciousness which can learn, through meditation techniques and protocols, to accurately intuit our individual and shared realities (past, present, and to a more variable extent the future); repeatedly demonstrating 85%+ accuracy and effectiveness.
Effectiveness is measured by a standard of actionable intelligence, which means to determine whether the information obtained intuitively served to accurately inform the viewer / perceiver within the specified parameters of the intended observation criteria.
Simply stated, actionable intelligence refers to a quality of data worthy of acting upon. Intuitively-sourced information can be both subjective and objective, so determining what is actionable intelligence ahead of action can be challenging.
Often the information we receive intuitively is confirmed in hindsight. Such is the nature of intuition, which I believe is meant to be applied, then gradually trusted ever moreso through practice and experience.
Because we are often "front-loaded" (pre-informed) about the subjects for which we're seeking intuitive guidance, we consistently find that others perceiving guidance for us is even more effective. Recognizing this fact, we could acknowledge that the true nature of consciousness is itself a mechanism of service to others. Yes, consciousness serves the individual, I'm simply emphasizing that consciousness serves the individual through the collective with greater efficacy.
Consciousness is an interesting interface in many respects, particularly from both the individual and collective paradigms. We are each quite capable of interacting with each domain of reality. Each sovereign entity maintains the capacity for manifesting its purpose and potential as both an individual identity and as part of a collective (whole) identity.
As individuals, we may use intuition to perceive reality in a context which reveals our contribution to the collective identity we serve. In becoming familiar with our role in the collective identity, we may better perceive our individual identity. Improving perspective in each domain can, in turn, improve our confidence, effectiveness, and contentment with our journey.
Gleaning intuitively-derived perspectives serves to keep our minds oriented as we navigate our daily lives. Often empirical data is unreliable or unavailable. Our innate connection to intuitive understanding is often quite reliable, far easier to ascertain, far easier to comprehend, and far easier to apply.
Whereas logically-derived information serves to more confidently justify action to ourselves and others, intuitively-derived information often serves to be more effective in practical application. Each source is valuable and worthy of consideration. An open mind can discern how to utilize all available information.
The intention of Heal REAL is to help you become more proficient at navigating intuitive information and making decisions through managing daily actions, which in turn can support a closer alignment with highest Tao. Our minds and hearts are capable of profound understanding and profound acts of altruism. As we heal, we discover our calling to serve.
Heal REAL is committed to helping others establish a sense of authentic contentment. We can experience peace with our decisions, as they align with our highest potential in any given moment. I encourage you to allow yourself to learn about consciousness, practicing lifestyle adjustments as you move forward.
Heal REAL will attempt to offer support, as you allow yourself to become better acclimated to your unique intuitive language. I encourage you to practice perceiving reality through your unique lenses, gradually learning to trust yourself moreso every day.
We'll begin by reading Autobiography of a Yogi, the story of Paramahansa Yogananda. In becoming familiar with his journey, I believe we can establish a framework for practicing self care and self aware lifestyle adjustments.
We'll explore all areas of metaphysics on this channel. From the traditions of the mystics to modern meditation protocols, there are valuable paradigms to incorporate into our journey of self-realization.
The light in me recognizes and respects the light in you. This is what is meant by the term 'namaste'. We are mirrors for one another. May we learn from one another as we explore our shared reality, together.
