SOAR “Seek truth, Obtain change, Accept a new way & Realize your potential!” I am a wife, mother of five (four married) and nine grandchildren! We are a whole being.

These titles are my most important in life. I’ve experienced much joy in my life but also pain and sadness. All of us share this same story. My story has made me the person I am. But life throws us lemons we can’t always make into lemonade if we don’t have tools to do so. I have had the privilege of discovering and learning some great tools to help myself and others in healing. I was introduced to alternative healing methods a handful of years ago. I was drawn to this work to help myself, my family, friends and others break through roadblocks in life that trip us up and sometimes keep us stuck, not feeling the joy wel deserve in life. I believe through emotional release work or processing (alternative counseling) we can find these road blocks, break them down and create new belief patterns that work for us presently, creating space for more joy and love in our lives. This work helps our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies heal. The sum of all our parts. I’m certified as an “Emotional Release Facilitator” from The Institute of Healing Arts in Lindon, UT - I have training to use “The Ten Point Priority System” (giving us a road map to health) and I have attended a homeopathic medicine course in Preston, Idaho and my learning is never ending! I run a private practice . I’ve worked with children, adolescents and adults in many settings for 25+ years.

It’s hard to believe I’ve Been married to this wonderful guy for 45 years. Spent the day having breakfast out together, watching our granddaughter Mirra, win a baseball game, saw a fun play at the Hale theater, and spent the evening with family celebrating our grandson, Brodeys 21st birthday. Such an enjoyable day. Here’s to many more years with you sweetheart!
