If you’ve stretched your whole life and still can’t touch your toes, this might surprise you.

We had a 60-year-old patient who could never get past his calves—no matter how much he stretched. When we evaluated him, we found a tongue tie. That tight tissue under the tongue connects into fascia that runs head to toe.

After myofunctional therapy and a tongue tie release?

Most people are told a root canal will “save” a tooth… but no one really explains what that means.
So let’s talk about it in a way that actually makes sense.

A root canal removes the nerve, the blood flow, the lymphatic flow — basically everything that keeps a tooth alive and able to heal itself. Yes, the pain stops… but the tooth is now dead. And that means your body can’t send immune cells into that tooth anymore.
