Food and Care Coalition. From their website it says:
Our primary mission began as a way to feed the hungry. Over the years, we’ve expanded to offer other meaningful services including hygiene, shower facilities, laundry services, internet access, haircuts, transitional housing, client outreach, education, and more. We have fashioned a collaborative service model by partnering with Wasatch Mental Health, Share a Smile Foundation, and Mountainlands Community Health Center to additionally provide on-site mental health, dental, and medical services.

Janey and Moe got to tour the campus in Provo earlier in November and it is a beautiful place to help people get the assistance they need. They have a new housing project that can house 72 individuals, a hydroponic greenhouse that is so AWESOME!
We encourage everyone to find some way to serve others who are in need. It doesn't have to be at the Food and Care Coalition, but if you have any way to give to others, you will be blessed and be able to recognize the good in our world.

Screens make the world go around in today's digital world, but breaks are essential! Avoid eye strain by blinking frequently and practicing the 20/20/20 rule‚ every 20 minutes look at something 20+ feet away for 20 seconds.

Thanksgiving is next week. Take some time to connect with your family and friends in person if possible. Put the screens away and spend time face-to-face and making connections.

Outside of the box therapy. We offer individual, marriage and family therapy as well as life coaching. Join us for a visual arts self-discovery group or arrange for individual sessions. Are you looking for a D.B.T group? We have one. Janey is also one of the three trained therapists, in the state of Utah, who can offer Accelerated Resolution therapy or A.R.T, it is therapy specifically geared towards helping with the effects of trauma and other stressors.
