We’ve released our latest Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), highlighting the most pressing health challenges across the regions served by Phoebe Putney Memorial, Phoebe Sumter Medical Center , and Phoebe Worth Medical Center. This year’s assessment reflects months of data, community input, and collaboration. The CHNA also outlines targeted strategies for the next three years, including expanding mobile health services, strengthening health education partnerships, launching mental‑health anti‑stigma efforts, and building provider pipelines. Your voice matters.
