We Are Rising. Together.

Something powerful happened this week inside the ISS family, and we just have to share it with you.

We gathered our entire team for our Quarterly All-Employee Meeting — and this one was different. This was the meeting where we set the charge, cast the vision, and made it official: Innovative Senior Solutions is becoming a training company.

Think about it. When you board a plane, you trust that crew has been trained — not just on procedures, but on how to care for you. When you walk into a hospital, you trust those hands have been prepared — not just to perform tasks, but to deliver an experience. We hold ourselves to that same standard. We have to train. Not just to do the job — but to perfect the experience for every senior and every family we serve.

Celebrating National Plant a Flower Day in Valdosta!

Our members at Innovative Senior Solutions – Valdosta Adult Day Health Center had a wonderful time getting their hands a little dirty while celebrating National Plant a Flower Day!

Today’s activity included painting and decorating flower pots, planting seeds, and learning about caring for plants. Activities like this are not only fun but also support important aspects of healthy aging.

Benefits of gardening activities include:

• Encouraging creativity and self-expression
• Improving fine motor skills and hand coordination
• Stimulating memory and cognitive engagement

Our amazing members channeled their inner artists this week and created their very own Mardi Gras masks — and WOW, did they deliver!

From dazzling pink & purple glitter to bold blue & red, festive green & white, and classic purple & gold — every mask was as unique and wonderful as the person who made it!

Celebrating Women's History Month — Starting With Our Very Own!

This Women's History Month, we are proud to shine the spotlight on the incredible women who built this company from the ground up — our very own Co-Founders, Eshonda Blue, RN and Jessica Wright Finch, RN.

What started as a deeply personal calling — caring for their beloved grandmother — grew into something far greater than either of them could have imagined.

In 2007, they founded Innovative Senior Solutions, becoming the first licensed home care provider in Sumter County, Georgia.

From that foundation, they went on to make history as the first Black women to establish an Adult Day Care Franchise in the United States.

Their journey has not been without hard work, sacrifice, and an unwavering commitment to their community — and the world has taken notice:
