The memories that are created and the bond that is formed when I assist a mother in whatever capacity she requires, is a role that makes me feel closest to God and one that I will never take for granted. I worked with Sarah John Photography for the first time. She was a backup doula and the family's birth photographer. I hope to work with her again.

Hello! My name is Rachel Price and I am the owner of At LAST. I offer educational, emotional, informational, and physical support for women from the pregnancy planning stage to one year postpartum. I offer childbirth education in a group setting or one-on-one in the privacy of your home. I educate and advocate for you as a Doula to help you feel empowered, comfortable, and cared for during your birth experience, eliminating the pressure of the unexpected for both you and dad. My motto is "Mother the Mother" and that is my goal. As a Breastfeeding Counselor, I can assist you with lactation and breastfeeding, teaching you the natural way to feed your baby using tools and techniques from The Thompson Method which aims to help women "breastfeed for as long as they choose, respecting women for their strength". Immediate skin-to-skin contact after the delivery of your baby is one of the most crucial steps to assist in your breastfeeding journey. If complications arise, skin-to-skin as soon as you can hold your baby is important.

Over the past seven years as a Breastfeeding Counselor, I've observed recurring challenges faced by the mothers I support. Despite being equipped with evidence-based education, I noticed that many mothers continued to struggle and experience difficulties. It was clear that something essential was missing from my practice. This realization led me to discover "The Thompson Method," a gentle and intuitive approach to breastfeeding that focuses on respecting the natural instincts of both mother and baby. As I embarked on my training and education in this method, everything began to fall into place. The Thompson Method provided the missing piece I was searching for, allowing me to assist mothers more effectively and with greater empathy. Now, I'm thrilled to offer my services with this newfound understanding, resulting in more positive breastfeeding experiences and outcomes for both mothers and their babies.

For the first time in 7 years, At LAST was not able to host the annual Mommy Meet Up and Latch On for Breastfeeding Week. However, breastfeeding is still important for babies and mothers health. We fully support and will continue to educate women and the public.

A musician to bring different instruments and play silly songs and get kids and mommy's moving

An artist to work with moms and kids/babies on a fun project

A photographer that is willing to offer discounted shoots for moms and their kiddos

Please send me a message if you know of anyone - I do not charge the mothers for these sessions, so I would appreciate anyone willing to donate or work with me on discounted rates. I do understand people need to make a living. :)

We are so excited!!! Please welcome Sam McWhorter, owner of Rooted in Serenity. "I've always had an interest in birth and motherhood. Yet It wasn't until my sister had a traumatic birth experience, that I became very interested in how our medical system handles birth. Soon I found out from research and hearing many women's stories that most of the procedures and interventions in labor were over-prescribed and under-delivered. I also noticed that there was a major gap in communication and education for women's health." -

At LAST understands that instrusive thoughts can be a part of motherhood. Sometimes, the noise is too loud.
