Have you ever had a spot that just won’t loosen up — no matter how much you stretch or try to work it out?

We see that all the time, and it can be so frustrating! 😣That’s where Graston Therapy can really help.

Dr. Kayla uses special metal tools to gently work through tight muscles and areas that feel “stuck,” helping improve movement, ease discomfort, and get things healing the way they should.🥳

We often use it for things like:
• Heel pain (plantar fasciitis)
• Shoulder pain
• Upper back tightness
• Old injuries or stubborn knots that just won’t go away

You might notice a little redness or soreness after — kind of like how you feel after a good workout — and that’s totally normal.

Do you know what dry needling is? Are you aware of the benefits it has? Let’s learn together!

Dry needling is a technique used to treat tight muscles, trigger points, joint pains, and areas of tension in the body. A very thin, sterile needle is inserted into specific muscle knots or joints to help release tension, improve blood flow, and decrease pain.
No medication is injected — that’s why it’s called “dry” needling.

It can help with:
• Neck and back pain
• Headaches
• Shoulder tension
• Sciatica
• Sports injuries
• Chronic muscle tightness

Many patients describe the feeling as a quick pinch followed by a deep muscle release. Some muscles may feel sore for a day or two (similar to a workout), but relief often follows shortly after.

Dry needling works great on its own or combined with chiropractic adjustments and other therapies to help your body heal and move the way it’s supposed to.

🏡A Little History of Our Practice & Building🏡

Our chiropractic practice was founded in 1973 by Dr. Ron, with a heart for caring for the Amery community. What began on the other end of town eventually found its home in this building, which was built in 1981.

Over the years, the practice continued to grow. Dr. Jenny joined in 1989, became a partner in 1995, and helped guide the clinic through many years of change, including a building remodel in 2008. The clinic was renamed Gosso-Waidelich Chiropractic during its partnership years and later became Amery Chiropractic in 2017, a name that reflects both our history and our future.

Along the way, Cory joined in 2002, followed by Kelsey in 2013 and Kayla in 2021, each adding to the care and connection our patients know today. Dr. Ron retired in 2007, and Dr. Jenny retired in 2023, each leaving behind a lasting legacy.

We’re grateful for where we’ve been, proud of the care we provide today, and excited to see where the future takes us 💙
