Your health is one of the only things in life that you have some control over, yet many people couldn’t care less. Overeating, living a sedentary lifestyle, inhaling toxic chemicals, excessive alcohol consumption, you name it. Your life could drastically improve by simply being mindful of the the things you consume and by moving more. With that said, I don’t believe that living a healthy lifestyle means you need to track every single piece of food you put in your body and exercise vigorously every day. What I do believe is that everyone if capable of creating a healthier lifestyle for themselves, and that looks different from person to person. Not everyone is going to paint the same picture.

Just a little over two weeks into the cut and it is going GREAT! Goal was to be down 1.5 pounds per week and we are exceeding that by a pretty big margin so far while feeling amazing! About 20 more pounds left until we reach the first main goal, then we will evaluate the next steps. This is what consistently doing the basics can do for you in a weight loss phase.
