We had ourselves a weekend in Duluth . Fun to represent Ames with .84 from Fitness Sports - Ames and , run coach with !

It was a tough one with a delayed race start and high humidity but we got it done 💪🏻. Congrats to all participants, especially our local ones!

This month we welcomed Dr. Molly Nichols to our physical therapy team! Molly danced at the University of Iowa, where she received her undergraduate degree. She then went to Creighton University for PT school. Outside of the clinic she enjoys running, golfing, traveling, relaxing outside, and spending time with her friends and family. She is looking forward to joining the Cyclones in Ireland in August!

We have a new personal trainer at United Movement, O’Rien Vance! 🏋️

O’Rien played football at Iowa State University, which helped him develop his passion for fitness and human movement. 🏈

He has experience as a cross fit coach and is a certified personal trainer. 💪🏻

In his free time he enjoys being outside and spending time with family and friends. 😎

We are thrilled to have him join our United Movement team of clinicians and trainers! 🙌🏻

Construction is under way! 🚧

Our front entrance to Ames Performance PT (off of Stange Rd ) is temporarily unavailable as we work on expanding our shared gym space at United Movement.

To keep things running smoothly and contain the remodeling process, please use the West side parking lot and entrance. Look for the Team Chiropractic sign on the west entry door.

Introducing Spencer Dieken, our new student intern!👏🏻

Spencer is a Senior at Iowa State University with plans to graduate in the Spring with a Degree in Kinesiology. He is originally from Minnesota and plans to move back there after graduation with a job in medical sales.

Spencer will be with us conducting Kinetisense assessments on patients and also working on marketing for United Movement to help him prepare for his future career.
