With Iowa Department of Health and Human Services changing (yet again) the metrics by which Iowans can compare SARS2 to traditional respiratory viruses (of which SARS2 is not), I scrapped the old viz with underlying Iowa case data and replaced it with wastewater data from the following sources:

1) Regional data from the State Hygienic Lab,
2) County + facility data from NWSS, and\
3) County + facility data from WastewaterSCAN.

The layouts for Influenza B and RSV will fill as we move into winter, since these viruses are either not circulating in Iowa or are at very low levels.

One wastewater dashboard tab, filterable by pathogen, with a national average risk KPI (key performance indicator) in the upper right.

I prioritized this because we are heading into the winter wave. All other vizzes are updated now as well. The click-out buttons in the upper right take you to other dashboards on my Tableau public profile.

My Iowa-specific dashboard is being retired, since IDPH has scaled back reporting.
