We provide mental health assessment and individual counseling, couples counseling, and family counseling. We are a small agency that strives to tailor each client's treatment specifically to their needs.

Legislative update: The House met yesterday and discussed and passed the Boards and Commissions bill. Because we knew that we were not going to get more representation on the board (one LMHC on the new board), we were pushing for an advisory council. This was added to the language. Thank you to Emily Piper with Piper Consulting for pushing for this and to those who supported that change.

It is hard to make friends as an adult. That's why Ames Public Library is having a Speed Friending event Saturday, February 3, from 2-4:30pm!

Join us for a round of speed friend-matching and casual socializing. There will be guided one-on-one conversations followed by time to hang out, play games, and chat. 🤝
