Costco finds!
1) egg whites to add to whole eggs in the morning to add an extra boost of protein while keeping calories a bit lower!
2) love the ingredients in their PB
3) has the best tasting beef sticks for a quick protein snack
4) a sample of these chips got me hooked! Perfect blend of sweet and spicy and around 150 kcal for 2 cups!
5) egg white bites to have in the morning as part of a protein source for breakfast
6) cereal in the no sugar added version is one of our favorites
7) are SO good. I love these more than my kids do I think. They are 60 kcal and a nice little something sweet to have on hand!
8) all the fruit!
9) chicken to make chipotle bowls again this week
10) avocado oil for frying our eggs, etc
11) our favorite protein shakes- plan on making protein coffees with these this week!
