Costco finds!
1) egg whites to add to whole eggs in the morning to add an extra boost of protein while keeping calories a bit lower!
2) love the ingredients in their PB
3) has the best tasting beef sticks for a quick protein snack
4) a sample of these chips got me hooked! Perfect blend of sweet and spicy and around 150 kcal for 2 cups!
5) egg white bites to have in the morning as part of a protein source for breakfast
6) cereal in the no sugar added version is one of our favorites
7) are SO good. I love these more than my kids do I think. They are 60 kcal and a nice little something sweet to have on hand!
8) all the fruit!
9) chicken to make chipotle bowls again this week
10) avocado oil for frying our eggs, etc
11) our favorite protein shakes- plan on making protein coffees with these this week!

New friends around here so need to say HI!

I’m Bailie, a registered dietitian who works with patients who are seeking help with weight loss, but who keeps it reasonable and sustainable 💯💯

I’ve lost close to 50 lb since the birth of my second child around a year and a half ago, focusing on a calorie deficit, lifting and steps! So when you’re working with me and I say “weight loss is HARD work”- I mean it 😭

I have two young kids so you’ll see me share some of their meals and snacks on here as well. That also means I’m just as sleep deprived and exhausted as other parents so I’ve got a special place in my heart for fellow moms who are working on their health journey!

Headed to tonight for coffee, but of course couldn’t leave with just coffee!
- is my favoriteee coffee & this anxious girly pop loves their decaf blend!
- no sugar added cereal is a family favorite. They use dates as a sweetener in this mix!
- mixes are my favorite to either do in the evening for a hot drink before bed or if I don’t want coffee in the morning. I think it’s the perfect amount of sweet!
- I haven’t tried these lentils yet, but I loved the ingredients and always love the nutrient breakdown that lentils offer!
- new to me was a no brainer because my favorite type of tea, but decaf?? Sign me up! Can you tell my nervous system is a wreck? 🤣
- new to me fruit spread to put on toast or pb & js. Love the option to have no added sugar in items like this so we can be more intentional with the things we really want added sugar to be in (hello sweet treats!)
- .snacks chocolate, need I say more? Love these individually wrapped items because it’s easier for me to eat just one serving and move on!
- for snacks for my kids that have a nice little extra protein in them to help keep us all fuller a bit longer!

AM snack: iced matcha latte made with unsweetened coconut milk + Stevia ~50 kcal
Lunch: harvest salad from and added chicken, estimated at 565 kcal
Dinner: 1 c + broccoli + watermelon
Snack: bar always!!

Asian salad from & I added a side of tofu to it!

PM snack: 175 kcal, 13 G protein, 2 g fiber
1 light and fit yogurt + 1/2 c cereal + 1/2 c blueberries

Supper: 400 kcal, 30 G protein, 8 g fiber
4 oz ribeye on a bed of spring mix + bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, asparagus and 1/4 of a white potato

Snack: 150 kcal, 5 G protein
bar (my favoriteeee)

Higher protein BREAKFAST PIZZA!!! If you make ANY of my meal ideas, make this one!!

1 Joseph’s 60 kcal pita (found at Wal Mart)
1 triangle spreadable cheese similar to laughing cow
1 egg, scrambled
1/2 c egg whites, scrambled
2 T bacon crumbles
1/4 c shredded cheese

Spread the laughing cow cheese on the pita with a butter knife. After eggs are cooked, add to top of pita. Sprinkle with bacon crumbles and top with shredded cheese. Put in air fryer until cheese is melted. If you want a crispier crust, put all ingredients except shredded cheese on pita and into the air fryer for 5 minutes and then add cheese and toast for another 2 minutes.
