Welcome Jami Wilkerson to our corporate team in Pella!

Jami joins us as our Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist. In this role, she helps maintain our digital presence and creates engaging content for our social media channels. She also oversees digital campaigns and promotes our free workshops and free screen events. Jami's mission at Kinetic Edge is to help spread the word about how we help people feel good and function better.

Originally from Winfield, Iowa, Jami earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management from William Penn University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, shopping, and painting.

Meet Our Athletic Trainers and Sports Medicine Team for Albia & Centerville!
At Kinetic Edge, we're proud to support the health and performance of student-athletes and community members with passionate, skilled professionals like Hannah Dustin and Ashley Klein-Paisley. Their expertise and care make a lasting impact every day.

Hannah Dustin, MAT, LAT, ATC
Hannah serves as the athletic trainer for Albia High School, where she's committed to helping people feel and live their best. She holds degrees from William Penn University and Culver-Stockton College, and is certified in Dry Needling, Rocktape, and Myofascial Decompression.
✨ Fun Fact: Hannah is a USA International Gold Medalist — her volleyball team went 9-0 and became the first undefeated team in the tournament!

Ashley Klein-Paisley, PT, DPT, OCS
Ashley provides sideline coverage for Centerville High School, as well as the clinic manager and physical therapist at Kinetic Edge in Centerville. She's a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with degrees from UNI and Des Moines University. Ashley is passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.
✨ Fun Fact: She has a hidden talent for memorizing song lyrics!

Meet Our Athletic Trainers for North Mahaska & Oskaloosa Schools!
At Kinetic Edge, we're proud to support local student-athletes with two outstanding athletic trainers — Dustin Briggs and Hayley Spoelstra — who are passionate about keeping athletes healthy, strong, and game-day ready!

Dustin Briggs, MS, LAT, ATC, CSCS, AEMT
Serving North Mahaska Schools, Dustin brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our team. He holds degrees from UNI and the University of Kentucky, and is active in both the Iowa Athletic Trainers' Society and the Grinnell community.
His mission: To provide thoughtful, evidence-based, and movement-based care to clients — both in the workplace and in area high schools.
✨ Fun Fact: If he were an animal, he'd be a beaver — skilled and always staying busy!

Hayley Spoelstra, MSE, LAT, ATC
Hayley supports athletes at Oskaloosa High School and North Mahaska Schools with compassion, energy, and dedication. She earned her athletic training degree from Central College and a master's in Sports Leadership from SMSU.
Her mission: To provide the best care to the athletes she comes in contact with and continue to grow that care at Kinetic Edge.

At Kinetic Edge, we're proud to support Pella's student-athletes with two outstanding athletic trainers who bring expertise, energy, and heart to the field every day.

Natalie Huisman, MS, LAT, ATC
Natalie is the athletic trainer for Pella Christian. A proud Pella native, Natalie is passionate about helping others reach their goals and stay healthy. She holds degrees from Central College and Louisiana State University. When she's not supporting athletes, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
✨ Fun Fact: Seeing the pyramids in Egypt is on her bucket list!

Rachel Williams, MS, LAT, ATC, NASM-CES
Rachel is the athletic trainer for Pella High. Originally from Stockton, IL, Rachel is dedicated to helping young athletes thrive and stay injury-free. She earned her degrees from Central College and Upper Iowa University. Outside of work, she loves golfing, baking, fishing, and going on walks with her family.

Welcome Courtney Paxton to our corporate team in Pella!
Courtney is an Insurance Generalist providing support for the Back-Office Team. Her mission at Kinetic Edge is to contribute to a team that's focused on improving lives through excellent care and service. Courtney is passionate about supporting people whether that is clients or team members, and wants to be part of an organization where her skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving directly support that mission. Courtney believes that behind every great provider is a strong administrative team, and her goal is to ensure that processes run smoothly so others can focus on delivering exceptional care.
Courtney is from Pella. She graduated from Simpson College with a bachelor degree in Sports Administration. In Courtney's free time she enjoys coaching volleyball, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.
