Hi! I’m Dr. Ashley 👋
Owner and founder of Ames Natural Family Chiropractic, located in Somerset in Ames, Iowa.
I’ve always had a deep passion for caring for pregnant women and children—but I didn’t always know that chiropractic could support them in such a gentle, natural way. That changed thanks to my older brother, Dr. Pat, who is also a chiropractor. He told me I could work with moms and kids through chiropractic care, and honestly… I had no idea! I booked a visit to his school, and the rest is history.
I’m Webster Certified, a proud member of the ICPA, and I focus much of my continuing education on prenatal, pediatric, and family-centered chiropractic care.

✨ Fun Facts About Me ✨
• I married my husband, Joey, 3.5 years ago, and we’ve been together for 9 years 🤍
• We have two dogs—Nala, our 7-year-old husky, and Milo, our 10-year-old cockapoo. You might even see Milo hanging out at the office from time to time 🐾
• I’m a proud aunt to 7 of the sweetest nieces and nephews
• I’m a big Iowa State men’s basketball fan—Milan Momčilović specifically🏀
• One of my biggest passions is women’s health. During chiropractic school, I realized how under-educated so many women (myself included) were about our own bodies—and that realization shaped the way I practice today
• One part of this office that is especially meaningful to me is the tree in my logo. It represents my grandma’s birth tree, someone I love dearly—so opening this practice is incredibly special and close to my heart. 🌳🪽
