🌟 A Decade of Dedication – Thank You, Mary Beth! 🌟

From the very beginning, when Northridge Village first opened its doors, Mary Beth Delany, Social Worker, has been at the heart of it all. And when we say heart, we mean heart. For 10 years, she has faithfully served our residents, families, and team with an unwavering love and care for people.

She leads with compassion, works with integrity, and lives out what it means to truly care for others every single day. Her servant’s attitude and calm presence bring peace to every situation. Mary Beth’s detailed knowledge of both the Northridge way and state requirements makes her our go-to for support, answers, encouragement, and all things decor.

Northridge Village wouldn’t be the same without her steady hand and kind heart.

As promised here are some additional pictures of the five-year anniversary of Maggie‘s Place at Northridge Village. We had such a great time celebrating. Here’s too many more years of serving those on the dementia journey.

🎉 A huge thank-you to the Ames Regional Economic Alliance for helping us celebrate 5 wonderful years of Maggie’s Place today with a ribbon cutting! 🥳

It was such a joy to share what makes Maggie’s so special with our friends and community partners. 💜

And a special shout-out to Maddie, our rockstar team member who has been with Maggie’s since day one! We’re so grateful for her heart, dedication, and the countless moments of joy she’s created for our residents and families. 🌟
