What a great All-Staff Meeting this month! 🎉👏

We kicked things off by celebrating once again an incredible accomplishment — three deficiency-free state surveys in Health Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care! 🏆 This achievement reflects the hard work, compassion, and dedication our team shows every single day. We couldn’t be more proud. 💙

Next, Allyson, our Maggie’s Place Coordinator, shared outstanding information and hands-on training to help our team better care for residents living with dementia. 🧠💛 Her passion and knowledge continue to make a difference for both residents and staff.

At Northridge Village, the learning never ends. We are always growing, improving, and finding new ways to provide the very best care. 🌱✨

We had a joyful visit from our friends at St. Cecilia Catholic School Ames Iowa ✝️😊

The dining room was full of laughter as students and residents played games 🎲, shared stories 💬, and built new friendships 🤝.

There’s something special about bringing generations together, and the smiles said it all 😄 From ear to ear, both young and young-at-heart had a wonderful time.

Come back and visit us soon – you definitely brought the joy! 💛✨

Men's Supper Club was a huge hit again. Thanks to Activity Director Jen, and Executive Chef Nick, for the amazing time. The food was delicious and conversation was better.

🌱☀️ One of the all-time favorite activities at Maggie’s Place is getting our hands a little dirty and soaking up the bright sunlight pouring through the windows. Planting days bring smiles, conversation, and that special feeling of nurturing something new together. Watching our space come alive with fresh growth and color never gets old 🌼💚

A huge thank-you to Paul and Paula for leading us through the classics and keeping everyone singing, smiling, and swaying along. Music has a way of bringing people together—and today was a perfect reminder.

🎉 It’s a TRI-FECTA at Northridge Village! 🎉

Last week we underwent our state survey and are proud to share it resulted in zero deficiencies. Combined with earlier deficiency-free surveys in Assisted Living and Memory Care, this completes the NRV Tri-Fecta. 🏆🏆🏆

This kind of achievement doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of incredible teamwork, high standards, and a whole lot of heart from our executive director, healthcare leadership, nurses, CNAs, activity director, social worker, and our culinary, housekeeping, and facilities and operations teams. Every department played a role, and every detail mattered.

Three surveys. Zero deficiencies. One amazing team. We couldn’t be more proud of the care, compassion, and commitment shown every day at Northridge Village. 💙
