Our Mobility Blueprint Workshop is designed to help you improve mobility, increase flexibility, and move with less pain. Over 4 weeks, you will learn how to move better, recover smarter, and understand what your body actually needs to stay active and strong.
This is a hands on workshop focused on real results. You will be guided through mobility exercises, recovery strategies, and simple routines you can use at home, in the gym, or before and after workouts.
Sessions are held Tuesdays from 5/19 through 6/9 from 6:30 to 7:30pm.

Tuesday 5/26 Hips and low back mobility for strength and stability
Tuesday 6/2 Shoulders and upper body mobility for better movement
Tuesday 6/9 Recovery, maintenance, and building your routine
