Introducing United Movement’s Foundational Strength Class
At United Movement, we do strength differently—because how you move matters as much as how much you lift. That’s why we’re launching our Foundational Strength Class, designed by Chiropractors and Physical Therapists to help you build strength the right way while preventing injuries and improving mobility.
✔️ Movement First Approach – Learn how to engage the right muscles before adding load, so you build strength without bad habits.
✔️ Stability & Mobility Drills – Improve flexibility and joint stability to move with power and control.
✔️ Proper Warm-Up & Recovery Techniques – Reduce post-workout soreness, support tendon healing, and improve longevity in training.
✔️ Strength Progressions – Train efficiently, targeting key movement patterns that translate to daily life and athletic performance.
