To be honest…I haven’t felt like posting or sharing much lately. Some days it feels exhausting to try.

Everywhere I seem to turn in the media realm, there is tragedy, anger, hatred and impending doom.

I don’t deny that our world is crumbling underneath us, around us and within us.

I do believe that we MUST hold on to the light, the joy, the glimmers.

So for now, I’ll be soaking up my “Auntie La” era…🤍

This marks my fifth year (!?) offering sound therapy at Mass General for Nurses Month…a dream I never take for granted.

Each time I play, I’m reminded of how deeply interconnected science and energy truly are.

Energy is everything. Within our cells, the energy vibrates.

Sometimes out of tune, which can cause us dis-ease…

When we tune into harmonious sounds, our nervous system is more capable of shifting stress and restoring calm.

Most will agree that less stress is better for us all.

Sound has begun to take more and more medical attention…and I am here 👏🏻 for 👏🏻 it!!

As a nurse, it’s an honor to hold space for my colleagues, patients, and visitors. Sooo…if you’re near the MGH chapel on May 21, 22, or 29, I’d love to share this peaceful pause with you…ALL are welcome!

Here’s to caring for the caregivers! It’s an honor to share my passion to help.
