Feeling stressed? Try Kundalini Yoga!
Kundalini Yoga can help reduce anxiety in adults with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) according to research documented by the National Institute of Health.
The practice uses physical postures as well as breathing techniques, chanting, and meditation to override the stress patterns in the brain and create new neural pathways, leading to increased feelings of wellbeing and LESS STRESS.
Want to try it? Join me every Wednesday at 6:00 pm in the Senior Activity Center at 150 Wakefield St. Classes are just $5 to drop in, and everyone ages 16+ is welcome. No previous experience necessary!
