Amesbury Chamber of Commerce and the Women Envision group put on a beautiful day. We are grateful to have attended and ever inspired. Held annually at the end of October. Thanks for the amazing pics …this lady is incredibly talented!

We are adding to our team! We have an excellent group of teachers ranging from all different experiences levels. They describe our studio and fellow instructors as peaceful and inspiring.

A place to exhale with a warm community and building. A delightful and welcoming cafe, serene salt room, sauna, and two new beautiful studios, this place is hard to beat. Centered in downtown Amesbury, our members become our growing family. A true sanctuary from the busy and demanding outside.

I would love to meet someone who has been teaching for a few years, can instruct at least 2 Saturday mornings a month and is comfortable teaching both hot and unheated vinyasa. Occasional Wednesdays at 7:15am would be an added bonus.

I can’t wait to meet you 🙏🏽🫶🏻
