Happy Earth Day! We got to go outside, practice some yoga, breathe in the fresh air and hear the water from the waterfall. We’re grateful for this beautiful planet and for our lovely New England 💙

They told us it was a risk (and it was 😅), but we knew it was a calling. A year ago, we opened our doors to the unknown. What started as a renovation project became a revolution of RISEilience.

One year later, these two studios have evolved into something far greater than just a physical space; they’ve become a sanctuary for the soul and a home away from home for so many of you. Here’s to the risks worth taking, the dreams worth making, and the community that breathes life into this space every single day.
