Dear Valued Clients,

Thank you to all for your patience as we put Glow back together again. We are scheduled to move back into our unit on Monday, September 22, 2025. Ideally, we would like to resume appointments on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

This year has been quite a challenge for us so far. Finding the new location, having a delayed opening and then this unfortunate incident. I'm not sure why the challenges are being thrown our way but, I would like to believe it is only to make us stronger. I feel a stronger bond with my team, neighbors, clients and community. Our neighbors, "The Dojo" Martial Arts School has also suffered water damage. They are going through the same rebuild as we are and STILL offer to help along with their wonderful students. We have had many salons graciously reach out to offer their spaces and support. To name a few: Bobbie Smith Hair-Newburyport, Ciao Bella Skin Care-Salisbury, Linda's Alpha Omega Salon-Salisbury, Kimberly Bamford Hair Studio-Salisbury, Bristle and Blush-Salisbury, Seasons of Change Massage Therapy-Newburyport, Sanara-Amesbury, The Access Clinic for Wellness-Byfield, A Hair Better-Salisbury, Blink-Newburyport. I'm sure there are more that I am unaware of. I want to thank each and every one. To all of the clients who have stood by us and offered help we cannot thank you enough. The way that you can truly help us is to come back as soon as we open. We will reach out to those of you who had appointments canceled to get you back in the schedule as soon as possible. We want to continue to keep you glowing for years to come:)

Thank you to all of our Beautiful Clients, Friends, Family and Salon Owners for offering your hearts, help and businesses to get us through this tumultuous week. The building owner and “Clean Joe” have been working tirelessly to manage the situation. We really appreciate all of your efforts. As we continue to assess and get a sense of turnaround time, we are entertaining the fact that we may need a space to accommodate our clients. We have had many salon owners reach out with open doors. Your kindness is overwhelming. How refreshing it is to see there really is a sense of community. ❤️ If you are a spa or salon owner (in the area) who may have a room or rooms available for spa services, even in your off hours, we are interested. To Our Valued Clients. I regretfully must inform you that Glow had experienced an unforeseen circumstance yesterday. We had come in to start the morning to find that the building had been flooded. As of now we are temporarily closed until further notice. We are very sorry for any inconvenience. As always we appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. 💔
