Well played by the Aspire coaching staff 😂

They dug up a photo of me from 1996 (about 17 or 18 years old) right when I first got into bodybuilding… that’s the pic on the left.

Then Coach Kevin decided to take it a step further. Found the same outfit on eBay and hit the same pose and put together a little side-by-side💪 😂😂.

I’ve always said, if you were lifting in the 90s, you probably had the full uniform:
Striped spandex shorts
Stringer tank
Doc Martens
Frosted blonde tips

No shame. Just facts.

Starting a health journey? Remember, your fitness needs to fit your life. This means making changes. Wake up earlier? Go to bed earlier? Identify your challenges and obstacles to fitness and eating right. Start small, like turning off Netflix 30 minutes earlier to prep meals, and get that quick win.
