Great energy in our small group class.

One of our members absolutely nailed this agility ladder drill during a recent session. It is always fun to see people building strength, improving coordination, and pushing themselves to get better.

Our small group sessions combine strength training with movement work that helps people feel more athletic and confident, and torch body fat!

We are also excited to announce our newest class times.

Beginning Thursday, April 2 we will be offering small group sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 AM.

Perfect for busy adults who want to get their workout done before the day gets going.

100 workouts is a big deal.

Not because of the number itself, but because of what it represents.

It represents early mornings.
Busy schedules.
Days when motivation was high and days when it was not.

And showing up anyway.

This is how real change happens. One workout at a time.

Congratulations on hitting the 100 workout milestone and setting new personal records along the way. We are proud of the work you have put in.

The Day I Crushed a Bag of Potato Chips

Yesterday was one of those days.

My wife and I had some family stuff come up and the whole day got thrown off. No meal prep. No healthy options ready to go.

Dinner ended up being a bag of potato chips.

Not exactly ideal.

But here is the truth. Coaches have days like this too.

Life happens to everyone. The key is what you do next.

You do not wait until Monday. You do not wait for your birthday or the next major holiday.

You simply get back on track with the very next meal.

Consistency is not about being perfect. It is about resetting quickly.

A quick shoutout to Coach Kevin.

After our recent remodel, one of our pieces of equipment needed to be reattached to the wall. Kevin stepped in and handled it without hesitation.

This is what great coaches do. They take ownership and care about the space our members train in every day.

Our team is committed to creating an environment where people feel supported, safe, and excited to train.

Grateful to have Kevin on the Aspire team.

How does someone get started at Aspire Health and Fitness?

It begins with a No-Sweat Intro. We sit down, talk about your goals, and learn more about where you are right now.

From there, most people begin with our OnRamp sessions so they can learn the movements, build confidence, and ease into training safely.

Once that foundation is in place, clients transition into personal training sessions or small group strength training.

It is a simple process designed to help people succeed from the very beginning.

150 workouts and still going strong.

One of our Aspire members just completed her 150th workout and even set a couple of new personal records during her latest session.

This is the kind of progress we love to celebrate.

Results do not come from perfection. They come from consistency. Showing up. Getting a little stronger every week.

We are incredibly proud of her and grateful she is part of the Aspire community.

Coach Kevin sharing a quick tip after finishing his own workout.

Switching from regular soda to diet soda is something most people have heard before, but reminders like this matter.

Small habit changes can make a big difference over time. Cutting a few hundred calories a day from drinks alone can help move the needle without changing everything about your diet.

Sometimes progress starts with something this simple.

One of the things I am most proud of right now at Aspire is this.

This week’s small group workout was created by Coach Kyle.

And here I am writing it up on the board.

That might not seem like a big deal, but it is.

It means we are building systems.
It means our coaching standards are clear.
It means our members are getting consistency, structure, and progression no matter who is leading the session.

Kyle put real thought into this program.
Activation.
Strength blocks.
Core work.
Progression.

Not random circuits.
Not make it up as you go.

This is how we do small group training at Aspire.

If you want structured coaching, real accountability, and a plan that actually builds you up over time…

5 AM is not about being hardcore.

It is about being uninterrupted.

No meetings.
No phone calls.
No schedule derailments.

You train.
You shower.
You go to work already accomplished.

That is why we are expanding our small group schedule to Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 AM.

It is built for busy adults who want structure, accountability, and long term results.

If your schedule keeps getting in the way of your goals, let’s fix that.

New paint. Same mission.

This weekend I spent time repainting parts of the gym after our remodel. Not because it is glamorous. Because it matters.

The environment you train in affects how you show up.

Clean space. Clear standards. High expectations.

At Aspire Health and Fitness, we are constantly improving. Not just workouts. Not just programming. The entire experience.

If you are looking for a place that takes pride in the details and helps you build real strength in real life, we would love to talk.

About Apsire Health & Fitness

Aspire Health & Fitness is a company specializing in nutrition for weight-loss and personal training. Founded, owned and operated by Michael Wilkie since 2000, Aspire's mission is to educate people on how to live a healthy life, one habit at a time. Through customized nutrition programs and personal training, Aspire has been able to positively impact the lives of thousands of people helping them lose thousands of pounds and to truly live out their best life. When Aspire Health & Fitness started 20 years ago the sole offering was in-person personal training. In 2007 Aspire opened the first office under the Diet Doc Franchise allowing it to add value to its services with customized nutrition consulting. This allowed Wilkie’s clients to achieve even greater success with a healthy balance of diet and exercise. In 2017, Aspire began offering online personal training and a hybrid package (in-person in conjunction with online) of training services to it's clients. This allowed Wilkie to stay even more connected to his local clients providing even greater value, while also being able to help people around the country achieve their health and fitness goals.

Michael earned an Associates Degree in Small Business Management / Entrepreneurship from Hesser College in 2006 and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Rivier College in 2008. Along with his business education he is also an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified personal trainer. Michael also has certifications as a Nutrition Technician and Weight Room Specialist through AFAA. He is a certified nutrition consultant through the National Academy of Metabolic Sciences (NAMS).

In service to his community Michael was the director of the Battle of the Books program at Bicentennial Elementary School which is a reading program that encourages kids to read in a fun and competitive environment. The focus of the program is to not only have children read, but to develop better comprehension of what they're reading.

Wilkie's passion for his clients shows in the way he goes the extra mile for them. Wilkie puts tremendous focus on details and organization. The core belief is that if you are intentional with your mindset and action toward your goals, the chances of you succeeding are far greater.
