She specializes in working with women with perinatal and pelvic floor conditions; infants and toddlers working on developmental discovery; providing LSVT BIG programs to patients with neurological conditions such as Parkinson's Disease; and Functional Capacity Evaluations. The clinic treats a low volume of patients so that every patient receives the care and individualized attention he or she deserves.

I will probably continue to add to these two lists, but here are some of the very best ideas I have found for gift ideas for littles. There are lots of ideas in many different price ranges, but please use these lists to not only inform your gift giving, but also to fuel your own imagination regarding what you could make, reuse, and repurpose to give similar items.

I love data. Those of you who are up for it might want to start Make a Change March off with some measurements so that you can monitor how your body changes and progresses over the months.
If a scale and measuring tape stress you out, then just take a moment and appreciate these nifty snowflakes!
If you do want to start off with a check in, here is a sheet for you to print off and use to track your numbers.
If possible, record the numbers before breakfast and measure the same arms/legs everytime.
I know that I have a lot of measurements listed. This is for two reasons- 1. You can use a body fat estimator online if you have all of these. 2. Sometimes our weight will stay the same but our measurements will still change as we gain muscle!
You are never a number, but sometimes numbers can help us see the bigger picture.
