Wholistica LLC At Wholistica, Jaclyn strives to restore balance to the mind and body . A combination of massage techniques and supportive modalities are utilized.

Offering a layered holistic approach, that includes a combination of supportive massage modalities, treating the person as a whole, to create a bespoke customized session tailored to your individualized wellness goals. Massage techniques that might be used are Trigger point, myofascial release, and relaxation techniques,and manual lymphatic drainage. Supportive modalities such as hot towels, warm stones, bamboo, massage cupping, facial gua /cupping, crystals, sound , and medicinal grade essential oils, self care recommendations may be used based on your consultation and goals. Bringing 20 years of experience as an LMT in NH as well as formal training as a Physical therapist assistant . Jaclyn considers herself a life long student continually expanding her education and skill set to meet her clients needs. Earning a bachelors in health science, becoming an Arvigo® Practitioner in 2021, and a certification in Modern Manual lymphatic drainage in 2023. Jaclyn understands the importance of intention and presence, fostering a nurturing energy into her work to facilitate a serene environment to that not only supports physical relief but a space for clients to connect to there highest self to create lasting healing. Alternative health is Jaclyn’s passion, and she is honored to be part of your wellness journey .
