Join MCS at the Springfield Pride Parade! 🏳️‍🌈

We’re proud to announce that Multicultural Clinical Services (MCS) will be participating in this year’s Springfield Pride Parade as a vendor!

This event is a meaningful opportunity for us to stand in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community and celebrate the values of inclusion, affirmation, and mental health for all. At our booth, we’ll be offering free giveaways, mental health resources, and information on how to access our culturally informed and affirming services.

Beyond sharing what we do, we’re excited to connect with the community, collaborate with other organizations, and build deeper visibility around our mission and values.

Event Date & Times: June 7th, 2025 from 2PM-6PM
Location: Sterns Square, Springfield, MA

We hope to see you there!

✨Your mental health is the foundation of your transformation 🦋

Pride Month is more than a celebration—it’s a powerful reminder that everyone deserves to live in their truth without fear, shame, or silence. For our LGBTQ+ community, especially those who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, Pride is also about healing from generations of exclusion and reclaiming joy, identity, and self-worth.

Your mental health matters. You deserve spaces where you are seen, heard, and supported—fully and unapologetically. This month and every month, we honor your journey, your resilience, and your right to rest, joy, and love. 🏳️‍🌈✨

Caring for yourself isn’t selfish—it’s revolutionary. In a world that often demands our silence or sacrifice, choosing to prioritize your mental health is an act of freedom. You deserve to feel whole, heard, and healed.

Black History Month, celebrated every February in the U.S., honors the achievements and contributions of Black individuals throughout history. It was established to recognize the central role Black people have played in shaping society, despite centuries of oppression and systemic barriers. The month serves as an opportunity to educate people on Black history, culture, and resilience while also acknowledging ongoing struggles. By highlighting key historical figures and movements, Black History Month fosters a deeper understanding of the fight for civil rights and equality.

As well, Black History Month is a time to address the generational trauma and systemic inequalities that have impacted Black communities. It also serves as a reminder of the importance of culturally competent mental health care, ensuring that Black individuals receive support that acknowledges their unique experiences. Celebrating Black resilience and joy can be an empowering act of self-care, reinforcing the strength and well-being of individuals and communities.

We celebrate not just in February, but always.
