Travel Tuesday: Healthy Spine on the Go ✈️

Holiday travel coming up? Here’s your travel posture checklist:

✅ Sit tall, feet flat on the floor.
✅ Use a small pillow or rolled-up sweater behind your lower back.
✅ Use a cervical pillow or utilize the cervical headrest on the plane to make sure you are staying in alignment
✅ Take stretch breaks every hour
✅ Do a few repetitions every hour of seated calf raises to keep your ankles from swelling up if you do not wear compression socks

A little alignment awareness goes a long way! 🌟
