Are you a side sleeper? Try sleeping on your side with a knee-pillow between your knees to support spinal alignment, reduce lower back strain and keeps your hips from being rotated during your sleep.
Are you a stomach sleeper? Try putting a pillow underneath your hips between your belly button and wide part of your hips, this will ensure that you are not increasing your lumbar curve which puts further strain on your low back.
