As the lead of our front office, Annie is truly the pulse of our scheduling and the glue that holds everything together. From keeping our days running smoothly to making sure every client feels welcomed and cared for, she does it all with a smile and a heart of gold.

Our office simply wouldn’t be the same without her organization, dedication, and positive energy. We are so grateful for everything she does each and every day.

Another year working with the Harlem Globetrotters… and we’re still in awe.
We’re beyond grateful to be part of the recovery team again and to support these amazing athletes throughout their tour.
Opportunities like this remind us how powerful this work is…from our community here at home to athletes performing on the biggest stages. We couldn’t be more blessed. 🏀

Heads up! Our office will be closed this Friday because we’ll be on duty with the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters as they celebrate their 100th Anniversary Tour 🎉

From massage tables to trick shots (okay… mostly massage tables), we’re beyond excited to be part of something this legendary. 🏀

Today we celebrate Jessica’s 1-year anniversary with us 🎉

A wrestling-loving, fiercely devoted mama, and an incredible massage therapist. Jessica has been a true gift to our team. Through the ups, the downs, and everything in between, she has shown commitment, heart, and an unwavering passion for helping others heal.

We value her more than words can say and are so grateful she chose to grow with us. She doesn’t just have a gift, she is a gift, and we can’t wait to watch her continue to grow in her career.

With the snowstorm predicted, we’re calling it and closing for the day. Safety first, muscles later. We plan to be back open tomorrow. Stay safe and warm 💕

Yesterday was a really special day for our Universal Strength Wellness family. Our incredible office manager Annie completed her final cancer treatment at . 💛

Annie, your strength, resilience, positivity, and grace through this journey have been nothing short of inspiring. You’ve shown up for our team and our clients even on the hardest days, and we are so unbelievably proud of you.

We are celebrating this huge milestone with so much love, gratitude, and hope for all the beautiful, healthy chapters ahead. Please help us shower Annie with all the love,she deserves every bit of it. 💪✨
