“Hello, my name is Anna! I’m a proud Salutatorian graduate of The New York Institute of Massage and also hold a degree in Humanities & Social Sciences from NCCC.

My love for movement and the human body began early through dance, soccer, and track & field. Along the way, I discovered how important recovery and self-care are—which sparked my passion for holistic health and ultimately led me to massage therapy.

✨ My specialties include:
• Relaxation & Swedish massage
• Headache relief
• Personalized sessions tailored to your needs

Outside of the treatment room, you’ll find me walking, painting, and enjoying nature—things that keep me grounded and balanced so I can bring my best energy to every session.

Her surgery was a success, and in true Steph fashion, she’s already off the vent and up walking. We know there’s still a road ahead, but her strength and spirit give us so much hope.

Steph and Krysta spent the day yesterday at Niagara Frontier Country Club for a golf tournament with Niagara County keeping golfers loose and ready to swing. ⛳💆‍♀️ A little massage goes a long way when you’re trying to shave strokes off your game—or at least walk away without sore shoulders. Always a pleasure bringing wellness to the course… but let’s be honest, massage might just be the real secret to a good golf game. 😉

Today, we recognize Juneteenth — a powerful reminder of resilience, freedom, and the ongoing journey toward justice. On June 19, 1865, news of emancipation finally reached the last enslaved people in Galveston, Texas — over two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

This day reminds us that freedom, dignity, and equality are rights everyone deserves. At our core, we believe in creating a world — and a community — where everyone is seen, valued, and lifted up.

Let’s continue to celebrate progress, acknowledge the past, and show up for each other with compassion and love.

A little about Steph:
“Hi there, I’m Steph! I’m a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with a degree in Massage Therapy from Trocaire College. My journey into massage therapy began after earning a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Studies (specializing in Health & Fitness) and a master’s in Athletic Training from Daemen College.

My passion is helping others feel their best and supporting athletes in peak performance. With my background, I tailor each session to my client’s needs and goals, specializing in:

✅ Deep Tissue
✅ Assisted Stretching
✅ Sports Massage
✅ Medical Massage
✅ Cupping Therapy

I love learning new techniques and expanding my skills, with a long-term goal of working in college and professional sports. As a lifelong athlete, I understand the importance of recovery and performance, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients stay at their best.

Outside work, you’ll find me playing sports, hitting the gym, or running outdoors to stay active and healthy. I believe in practicing what I preach—staying fit so I can continue doing what I love for years to come!”
