Restorative Zen & Wellness is offering treatment space availability for a Licensed Massage Therapist operating as an Independent Contractor (1099).

🌿 Contractor Arrangement:
This opportunity is structured as an independent practice relationship, not employment. Contractors maintain control over their professional services, methods, and availability.

💰 Compensation Structure (Knowledge-Based)
Compensation is determined by experience, advanced training, and clinical skill level, and is paid as a percentage per session or per-service rate, agreed upon in advance.
Rates may vary based on:
• Years of professional massage experience
• Advanced certifications or specialty modalities
• Client retention and service demand
• Level of therapeutic expertise offered
(All rates are discussed transparently prior to contract agreement.)

🌿 What the Space Provides:
• Fully furnished treatment room
• Scheduling platform access (optional)
• Established client flow (non-exclusive)
• Marketing exposure through the practice (optional)
• Professional, calm, and supportive environment

🌿 Independent Contractor Responsibilities:
• Maintain active Virginia Massage Therapy License
• Carry personal professional liability insurance
• Set and manage individual service style and scope
• Handle all tax obligations associated with 1099 income
• Provide services independently under their own professional judgment
