Rest a hand on your chest and on your belly. Take a deep breath and observe which hand moves more. Set your intention to send air towards your belly. Observe the rise and fall of your breath. Do it for 5 breaths, 1 minute, 10 minutes whatever you choose to fit it into your day, morning, noon or night!
