I've deleted the Facebook app, installed newsfeed blockers on my mobile and PC.

It feels so weird. Sometimes I'll open my phone browser, load up Facebook, and get greeted by a blank feed. My brain goes, "oh, nothing to see here." Then I log off and save myself about 10-20 minutes.

If anyone else wants to scale back their Facebook usage, let me know and I'll share all the tools I'm using.

The comorbidity between these conditions is well documented. Often stress can exacerbate pain and in turn create more of it.
