We had the perfect day to head off to the Annual Mt. Holyoke Spring Flower Show. The scent of flowers could be detected long before we actually entered the greenhouse. Carol and Nora were at a complete loss for words at the beauty of the blooms, except for the word "stunning".
A big Thank You to Gerrys son, Tom, who is the Director and Curator of the Botanical Gardens and a wonderful tour guide! He answered our many questions and pointed out the finer details of the exhibit.

Celebrating Saint Patrick's Day with a "Pop-Up, Pop-In Social"!
Chef Cheryl presented three amazingly delicious appetizers, created by her. We enjoyed toasted crostini with fresh ricotta cheese, fig jam, fresh strawberry, drizzled with a balsamic glaze, and topped lightly with confectionary sugar. Toasted crostini with a savory cream cheese spread, smoked salmon, and capers. And homemade chocolate crepes stuffed with homemade cannoli filling, with a choice of chocolate chips, or sprinkles. our accompanying cocktails included an Irish Mule, and a "Guiness" shot of Khaulah and Baileys Irish Cream.
What a fun and delicious event!
