The Divinely Nourishing approach to well being is a unique combination of mind-body nutrition and spiritual integration inviting you to go inward to explore your relationship with food, body & life.
Everything is connected. Understanding and cultivating nourishing relationships with food, body, and life can impact your relationship with self in ways that you possibly cannot imagine. Some areas that clients choose to work include: Weight Issues Body Image Emotional Eating Chronic Dieting Digestive Issues Energy/Fatigue Mood/Anxiety/Stress During our time together you will feel fully supported as we explore how to be in relationship with your health and wellness goals. My coaching style will support you on this spiritual journey in a positive, compassionate, and nourishing way.
