The TDS Vision

As a company of dedicated professionals, our ongoing mission is to help each client achieve greater quality in everyday life by improving his or her communication skills. By sharing our process with families and caregivers, we are able to build on existing strengths and provide ready instruction and focused support for each client. In this way, we address specific areas of need and

work to create feelings of success for each individual. TDS is unique in a number of ways. We pride ourselves on the close relationships we develop with families, and we look at each client as a person with strengths as well as needs. We believe that communication skills must be addressed, encouraged and reinforced in all environments—and one of the key aspects of our success is a dedication to building a family’s understanding and to guiding their participation in our clinical processes. We believe that consultation among colleagues is of great benefit to our clients. Our close-knit group of therapists has a wide range and depth of diagnostic and therapeutic experience that helps support our ability to address all aspects of our clients’ needs. TDS has also worked hard to develop strong relationships beyond our offices by maintaining close contact with many medical and educational professionals in the surrounding area. We believe our reputation to be one of clinical excellence as well as personal and professional integrity.

Hello Friends of TDS! We are writing to ask a little favor that will also be a treat for you (we promise).

One of our amazing entrepreneurs, Michael, has started his own podcast called "Chatting with Friends"! He is doing some reviews of movies and TV shows that he loves and discussing the themes of each show and how they relate to being a good friend/good human. Michael has a goal of getting 50 subscribers for his podcast. Can you help us out and follow his podcast on Spotify?

Here is what you need to do:
1. Create a free Spotify account.
2. Search "Chatting with Friends"
3. Hit the Follow Button!
4. Leave us a 5 star review after you have checked out his awesomeness!

Thanks in advance for supporting his small business!

Took this from a friend's page. I plan to use this as a visualization technique with some of my social groups.

If you want to try it- what I did was read each line aloud as I closed my eyes and imagined each of these sensations. Taking a breath in and out after you read each individual line. It's kind of amazing how our senses inform our calm. Deliciousness for the soul.

Take Care of Each Other, peeps. 💗
