Blood Pressure Support 🌿
If your body feels constantly “on”… this is your invitation to slow down.
I’m offering an intimate guided outdoor series designed to help you actually relax, while gently supporting your nervous system and healthy blood pressure.
This is not a workout.
This is where your body learns how to exhale.
Over 1 month, you’ll be guided through simple, therapeutic practices to:
✨ calm the stress response
✨ improve breath patterns
✨ release physical tension
✨ feel more steady, clear, and at ease
You’ll also receive simple, realistic lifestyle suggestions each week to support healthy blood pressure, empowering you to carry this work into your everyday life.
And for those who want a little extra movement, an optional
1-mile walk will be offered after each session. 🚶🏻♀️🚶🏽
