This gentle, nurturing class offers a calm and supportive way to stay connected to your body through slow, mindful movement and simple somatic practices. Together, we’ll gently explore ease, balance, and mobility, helping you feel more comfortable in everyday movement.
Most of the class is done on the floor, with chairs, blankets, and props available so you feel fully supported. Movements are always optional, and rest is welcome at any time.
This class is designed to be accessible for many bodies, including those experiencing stiffness, limited mobility, or simply moving a little more slowly. You are encouraged to listen to your body and participate only in ways that feel comfortable and safe for you.
