1). Be realistic and honest with yourself. Don’t go in to this with your fantasy-self in mind. If you haven’t wore something in a year, you aren’t going to start wearing it now. If you have clothing from 30 pounds ago and you are hanging on to it but you are not going to the gym or dieting, those clothes are just taking up space and mocking you. Don’t allow your possessions to shame you. Life is too short for that. The same goes for clothing that is too big for you. Let them go!
