Yes! EFT in a nutshell. 😊

One of the questions I get asked the most is...

"Why do I have to focus on the negative? Won't it make me feel MORE negatively?"

It's a great question. And here is why we include the "negative" in our Tapping:

1️⃣ The "negative" thoughts are present, whether you think about them consciously or not. Our unprocessed emotions, beliefs, and traumas are still operating and controlling our lives.

2️⃣ Instead of calling the emotions we’re tapping the "negative,” we can call them “the truth.” They are the truth about how you feel right now; they are the truth about what happened; they are the truth about what you believe. You explore that truth to see how you can change it to a more empowering truth.

3️⃣ We can't heal what we are unwilling to acknowledge. We have to feel it to be able to release it from our body.

4️⃣ Tapping allows us to accept where we are right now, and then clear the energy to begin the healing process. Then we can move on to positive ideas, inspirations, and affirmations.

✨Honor the truth of where you are, of what you're feeling, of where you've been. Then begin to make the change toward a more empowering truth.
