Turning the toes slightly down targets more of your gluteus medius and minimizes compensation from the hip flexors. Translation?

Valentine’s Day isn’t just about chocolates and roses (although I wouldn’t say no to a treat 🍪). It’s about taking care of the people you love — and that includes you!
