❓Some FAQs regarding our Red Light + Infrared Sauna...
👙 What should I wear?
* The sauna is in a private room, with only one client at a time. Undress as much as you're comfortable with. The more you undress, the more your skin can absorb the wavelengths - therefore, the most benefits! Some people wear a bathing suit or just their underwear, or even their birthday suit. The choice is yours, and no one will know!
📆 How often should I use the sauna?
* The more often you use a sauna, the greater results you'll see. You can use the sauna up to 3-4 times per week if you have specific goals in mind. But using it less often works fine, too! Many clients use it once or twice a week, or even once a month with their regular massage or facial. The sauna is also a nice way to incorporate some mindful relaxation in between massage sessions to stay loose.
😅 When will I start sweating?
* Everyone sweats differently. For some, it takes a few sessions for your body to acclimate and begin to sweat more. Have no fear, your body is still detoxifying from harmful toxins. On the flip side, many people will sweat a lot in the sauna. Either way, drink plenty of water before and after the session to help your body.
📵 Can I take my cell phone into the sauna?
* We do not recommend taking cell phones, smart watches, or other electronics in the sauna. Aside from the electronics potentially overheating, sitting in the sauna is the perfect time to disconnect from the outside world. Try focusing on deep breathing and meditation instead!
