Setting up our new Ooni Halo Pro table top spiral mixer was as easy as 1, 2, 3! Did a bunch of text mixes and they all created a beautiful that ideal pumpkin dome mix and was perfect! Why do I choose name brand equipment in my kitchen? It’s not to keep up with trends…it’s simply in the quality performance good equipment can give you. Want to produce a quality product? Need quality equipment. It’s a pleasure to add in the Ooni Halo to our kitchen for those small batches & endless test bakes!

Thank you 2025🫶 One of the greatest blessings…serving community. 5,600ish loaves of bread from April-December. Flour milled in house, hand kneaded, shaped, and baked with love. I set a few goals for the season and every goal was achieved✅ Never any AI photos or ChatGpt here…whatever that is…nothing beats being real and putting in the good ole elbow grease💪 A small vision to be a place my community can come to get fresh bread free from bad ingredients, gluten, and beyond for those who need. For the love of all things bread 🚫🌾🥖 see you in 2026 for more bread🎊🥂
